What is the best place to Vacation during the Summer In Colorado?

My Dad had a stroke earlier this year and we want to get a away for a nice family vacation. Parents are 60 and My bro and I are 31, and 27. So our interests would include hiking, fishing, canoeing, maybe whitewater rafting…. and just relaxing! We plan on staying in a cabin during June

I was looking into going to Colorado this summer too, and I found this site: http://www.ownerdirect.com/lodging/usa/colorado/colorado.htm. There are loads of options for places to stay, and with a vacation rental, you’ll usually pay less than a hotel. Staying in a vacation home instead of a hotel is so much more comfortable too! Owner Direct Vacation Rentals has fantasitc customer service.. very fast and efficient. I’d check them out first. Have fun!

Check these guys out for some great whitewater rafting on the Arkansas River in Southern Colorado. Only about 45 minutes from Colorado Springs.
